PraxisBO project: practical learning in workshops
As our secondary school has focussed on career guidance, the PraxisBO project: practical learning in workshops is an excellent opportunity to show pupils the world of work away from the school routine.
Pupils get to know various occupational fields at an extracurricular learning centre and can try out their skills in practice. Practical learning tasks are used to link and deepen the practical experience with the lessons.
Particularly in today's world, it is becoming increasingly important to show the next generation how school and work are linked and how the knowledge learnt at school will later be applied in everyday working life.
The projects within the PraxisBO programme are funded by the European Union, the Federal Employment Agency and the State of Brandenburg.
