Step 2 - Required documents

• High school diploma from your home country and overview of grades
• Proof of German language proficiency of at least B1 (certificates / proof of attendance of German courses)
• Conditional admission/pre-admission to a state college/university with the requirement to attend a preparatory college/pass the assessment test in the federal state of Saxony-Anhalt (e.g. Halle University, Merseburg University of Applied Sciences, Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, etc.)
• Test report from uni-assist (VDP - preliminary examination documentation)
• Copy of the valid visa / residence permit for study preparation (if available)
• Copy of passport with date of entry Germany)
• Health insurance (if available)
• APS certificate and TestAS (only for Chinese, Indian and Vietnamese students) 
• Current curriculum vitae
• Passport photo (35 mm x 45 mm)
   

Please note:

• All foreign-language certificates and supporting documents must be translated into German by a sworn translator.
• All copies of documents must be submitted as certified copies. Notarised copies are issued by institutions such as health insurance companies or the relevant authorities.
  
   
   

You will receive our confirmation of registration by email after 1 week at the latest - so please check that the email address you have provided is correct.

You can also submit the registration confirmation to the immigration office for the visa extension.

In the further registration process, we will ask you for all the necessary application documents.

All personal data will be collected and processed exclusively by the Private Studienkolleg and stored for a period of 10 years. The data sheet will then be destroyed. This data will not be passed on, transmitted, disseminated to third parties or utilised in any other way.
