School fees
As Private Schools receive considerably less funding than state schools, we are dependent on school fees.
A sibling discount is possible if several children from the same family attend the same school. We will be happy to inform you about the details of the possible reduction. For parents on lower incomes, a reduction in school fees of up to 50 per cent is possible upon presentation of proof.
The costs for the 2024/25 school year are as follows:
- 145.00 € school fees - monthly
- 40.00 € concept contribution - monthly
- 35.00 € material cost allowance/media allowance - monthly
- 100.00 € Examination fee - twice (10th + 12th grade)
- 200.00 € Admission fee * - one-off
- 350.00 € Deposit - one-off (will be refunded at the end of the school career)

*A one-off, non-refundable admission fee of €200.00 is payable to the school authorities for the admission of a pupil, even in the event of cancellation of the school contract. The admission fee is due and payable upon signing of the contract. If the legal representative cancels the school contract, the admission fee is forfeited. There is no entitlement to a refund. If the school contract remains in force, € 150.00 of the admission fee will be offset against the deposit to be paid. This means that the deposit amount of 350.00 € minus the credit balance of 200.00 € to be offset from the admission fee will be collected by direct debit.
However, there is also the chance of receiving a scholarship.
The European Foundation of Rahn Education for Education and Culture has set up a scholarship programme for pupils as an important project. Parents who cannot afford to pay for all their children's school fees have the opportunity to receive support from this foundation. The scholarships for school fees are awarded at a rate of up to 100 per cent and apply from the start of school until the end of the school year through all grades within a type of school.
